Farmscape is seeking a full-time sales rep to offer its installation and weekly maintenance services to residential clients, schools, restaurants and other organizations in the Los Angeles area.

Job Responsibilities:
• Receive calls and emails from potential leads, prequalify and schedule site surveys
• Conduct site surveys and provide potential clients with bids
• Schedule installations with client and landscape contractor
• Oversee installations to ensure that they meet Farmscape’s standards
• Introduce clients to the farmer who will be maintaining their garden on a weekly basis
• Network with local developers, landscape architects and green organizations
• Track leads and clients within company database
• Manage inventory of installation supplies to ensure quick fulfillment of sales
• Collaborate with farm service department to improve quality of projects
• Attend seasonal staff meetings
• An element of self-sufficiency is necessary in this position.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience is strongly recommended
• Highly motivated and can effectively execute responsibilities autonomously
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
• Experience with organic vegetable cultivation and/or landscaping is strongly recommended
• Able to do strenuous manual labor as projects require
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google programs, and CRM software
Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation and sick leave.
