Serendipity Farms is looking for a farm manager with organic row crop experience to assist in managing three parcels of land, totaling 20 acres in Carmel, CA. Farm manger would report to the owner, carrying out weekly directions and oversee planting, cultivation and harvest, and tractor work. Would be a liaison with our local restaurant and market accounts, doing deliveries as needed. Great opportunity to learn from a successful organic farm that has been in business for 14 years. Pay dependent on experience. There is no living situation on the farm.
Interns would report to the farm manager. Interns that have no experience in farming would not be paid, but would learn all aspects of farming many varieties of vegetables and berries. Interns with significant experience would be paid, rate also depending on type of experience and what can be brought to the table. Interviewing now for position to start in March. Also no living situation.
