CCOF is seeking an Executive Assistant.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule
- Manage CEO’s correspondence—sort, draft, edit, proof memos, letters and email
- Answer and appropriately respond to or redirect incoming calls and messages
- Make travel arrangements
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, secure venues, take minutes, and maintain board and committee forms, decision summaries, and policies binder(s), and provide support to board members
- Support development activities by scheduling meetings with prospective donors, assisting in preparation of meeting materials, and coordinating needs with Development Manager
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the CEO
- Work with internal databases and serve as liaison for information pulls
- Coordinate various staff events and meetings
- Supervise volunteers and interns as needed
- Run errands
- Other duties as assigned
