CCOF is seeking an Executive Assistant.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule
  • Manage CEO’s correspondence—sort, draft, edit, proof memos, letters and email
  • Answer and appropriately respond to or redirect incoming calls and messages
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, secure venues, take minutes, and maintain board and committee forms, decision summaries, and policies binder(s), and provide support to board members
  • Support development activities by scheduling meetings with prospective donors, assisting in preparation of meeting materials, and coordinating needs with Development Manager
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the CEO
  • Work with internal databases and serve as liaison for information pulls
  • Coordinate various staff events and meetings
  • Supervise volunteers and interns as needed
  • Run errands
  • Other duties as assigned
