We have a 20 x 54 1967 mobile home in Soquel that we want to donate to a farm. 1020 sq feet. We are replacing it with a new manufactured home. It is in excellent shape:
• new roof 2012
• new remodeled kitchen in 2010
• good flooring and natural wood (not paneling) and sheet rocked walls
• good furnace, 50 amp, newer water heater
• updated siding, windows and insulation 2004
• We want the new owners to pay to remove the home and have it moved to their property. It can be zoned agriculturally or used as whatever you want. We need it moved by April 15 and we have bonded and licensed movers who can move it to your property.
