Lundberg Family Farms (LFF) is looking for an experienced Farm Manager to oversee and manage the daily activities of planting, growing, and harvesting rice and row crops to meet the Annual Farm Plan of LFF owned and operated properties. The successful Farm Manager will assist the Vice President of Farm Operations in the development and execution of the Annual Farm Plan. There will be occasions to perform manual and skilled work in the area of rice and row crop production including irrigation, planting, leveling, and harvesting. Operate equipment as needed. It will essential that the Farm Manager communicates with supervisor and staff regarding goals, problem solving, and analyzing systems.
Ideal applicants will possess the following:
- Five years of rice and row crop farming experience.
- Three years supervisory and management experience, including experience developing and implementing department budget.
- Must maintain a valid CA driver's license or in the state of residence and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier, Class A preferred.
