The Certification Specialist is responsible for daily functions such as pre-review of ROC applications, evaluating related documents, approving and rendering timely final certification decisions based on ROC certification body recommendations. The Certification Specialist will assist in developing key certification documents such as Regenerative Organic System Plan, auditor checklists, auditor training documents, producer templates, and other guidance documents. ROC file and certification management is based on Intact’s eCert software and the Certification Specialist will complete many of their tasks on this platform. The Certification Specialist will also support producers in transition to ROC with high quality customer service and excellent technical knowledge of ROC requirements.
