We have property available 10 minutes outside Sebastopol for lease or partnership. The CCOF Certified Organic ranch has over 100 acres with multiple fenced pastures available for livestock and approximately 5-10 acres of gently sloping land available for crop production. Water has been run to all of the crop areas. There are already two large fields of cropping blueberries and over 40 varieties of mature fruit trees. We are looking for a CSA, a farmer, or family looking to expand their agricultural operation with room to grow new crops and take advantage of the existing crops we have on site. CCOF requirements must be followed. We would like to discuss any opportunities that may fit your current or future growth plans.
