Located along San Mateo County's beautiful coast is 83 acres of scenic and certified organic farmland. Currently, there are approximately 6 acres of planted blackberries on trellises, 5 acres of artichokes, and less than 1 acre each of rhubarb and kiwifruit, with the remaining farmed land rotated between strawberries, vegetables, and cover crops. Fields are fenced and located on both sides of Hwy 1. There is a long history of U-Pick operations on site. Irrigation of berries and row crops is by drip lines and movable sprinklers. There are buried water lines which can be supplied with water from two different pumps drawing from a 100 acre feet reservoir and a dam. Movable pipes with overhead sprinklers can be connected to the buried lines at numerous risers along the pipeline. A 1,427 square foot barn is available for equipment/storage if desired.
