The HR/Accounting Specialist performs payroll, accounts payable, and other accounting functions. The Specialist also serves as the lead human resources point of contact for staff inquiries and is responsible for many of the organization's day-to-day HR functions. Works with the COO to review and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures. Convenes and leads Servant Leadership Working Group to review and improve employee training and company culture. Reports to Accounting Supervisor.
